Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine egg and milk.
- Stir in bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage and ground pepper.
- Add ground pork or ground beef and mix well.
- Form into a pair of small loaf pans.
- Bake for one hour, until internal temperature is 160F.
- Combine catsup, brown sugar and dried mustard.
- Spoon off the grease and spread with catsup glaze and bake for 10 additional minutes.
