Preparation
- Melt butter and cool slightly.
- Blend butter, milk, eggs (and vanilla and sugar if wanting to make it sweet).
- Mix flour and salt.
- Mix four/salt mixture into the blended liquids.
- Pre-heat 8 inch crepe pan to 350F.
- Using a one ounce ladle pour batter onto lightly buttered pan.
- Cook until bubbles form on top and edges dry slightly and flip and cook about half as long as the first side.
- Remove to warmed plate and continue production to desired number of crepes.
- Serve with butter, powdered sugar, jam, peanut butter .....
