Karen’s Crepe Recipe

Ingredients
2TblsButter (melted and cooled)
3eggs
2CupsMilk
1 1/2CupsFlour
1/2tspSea Salt
1TblSugar
1tspVanilla
Preparation
  1. Melt butter and cool slightly.
  2. Blend butter, milk, eggs (and vanilla and sugar if wanting to make it sweet).
  3. Mix flour and salt.
  4. Mix four/salt mixture into the blended liquids.
  5. Pre-heat 8 inch crepe pan to 350F.
  6. Using a one ounce ladle pour batter onto lightly buttered pan.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on top and edges dry slightly and flip and cook about half as long as the first side.
  8. Remove to warmed plate and continue production to desired number of crepes.
  9. Serve with butter, powdered sugar, jam, peanut butter .....
