Found this recipe when looking for recipes that use miso. We served it with a miso and tofu soup and sesame rice crackers.
Ingredients
1(4-oz.)canTuna (drained)
1⁄4cupShelled Edamame
11TblsSesame Oil
1/2TblChili Oil
11tspsWhite Miso
2greenOnions (minced)
1smallRed Chili (minced)
1/4tspFreshly Ground Black Pepper
2TblsMayonnaise
3TblsButter (melted)
2slicesPepper Jack Cheese
4slicesBread
slicesToasted Country Bread (for serving)
1⁄4cupShelled Edamame
11TblsSesame Oil
1/2TblChili Oil
11tspsWhite Miso
2greenOnions (minced)
1smallRed Chili (minced)
1/4tspFreshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation
- Mix together drained tuna, edamame, sesame and chili oils, miso, green onions, red chili, pepper and mayonnaise.
- Melt butter and brush on one side of each piece of bread.
- Heat griddle on medium heat,
- Assemble sandwiches with unbuttered side of bread with half the tuna salad and one slice of cheese, top with second slice of bread, butter side out,
- Put on heated griddle and toast until golden brown and flip and toast until second side is golden brown.
- Serve with miso soup and extra edamame or sesame rice crackers.
